You’ll be helping distressed callers with their travel insurance, including AWOL luggage, stolen passport, medical crisis or major emergencies. Your empathetic nature will enable you to assist customers in their time of need. A vacation or work trip that’s gone awry is no picnic but your helpful information and guidance will ease your customers’ troubles.

You don’t have to be a world traveler or have worked in the insurance or call center industries to be successful in this role. Life experience that has empowered you to be a great decision-maker and an active problem-solver will serve you well. After you’ve completed our hands-on training program, you'll be confident and capable in helping customers.

What skills do you need? You are comfortable on the phone and computer. You may not be a technology whiz, but you easily surf the internet, open different systems, and use Microsoft Office programs. If you work best following detailed process and procedure, are organized, diligent about fact checking, and have high attention to detail, you will be able to handle any call that comes your way. While you’re very serious about your responsibilities, you are also warm, compassionate and stay cool under pressure. You take pride in your ability to speak clearly and confidently which ensures customers are informed and receive help.

  • 2 English positions starting rate is $12.00 per hour

  • Two weeks’ paid vacation per year

  • Annual performance-basedincreases and various incentives

  • Full Time Position: Must beavailable to work 37.5 hours per week

  • Rotating shifts between Sunday –Saturday, 7am – 1am

  • No specific education or degree required

Your major responsibilities will be: 


•Provide travel insurance customers with an excellent service experience.

• Make good decisions to help customers while effectively following established procedures

•Accurately record detailed information into computer systems
