Note: This will be a work-at-home
position until the COVID-19 situation is resolved. When life returns to
normal, this job will be office-based. In order to work from home, you will
need hardwired internet with at least 30mbps download and 15mbps upload speed.

confident, reliable people-person with top-notch communication skills who

The Trainer role is a
full time, salaried position on our training team. You’ll be supported to gain
the knowledge and comfort you need to deliver exceptional training experiences
to a range of programs on our roster. And when you’re not delivering training,
you’ll be behind the scenes developing content, analyzing training results, and
fine-tuning our training programs so our agents are prepared to deliver
exceptional service on every interaction.
Here’s the Deal
- This is a full
time, salaried role with option for RSP matching,
family health benefits, and paid vacation
- Hours can
vary according to training class needs, but are primarily Monday to Friday, 9:00
am – 5:00 pm
- You will
support one of our tech programs to begin with – no specific tech expertise is
required, but an aptitude for picking up new skills is an asset
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Recruitment and Program teams
to create an exceptional employee experience from the first day of
training through the transition to the production environment
- Facilitate successful learning
for both in-house and remote training classes through adoption of and
adherence to training best practices, tools, and processes
- Continually assess alignment of
training content, delivery, and support with program needs by regularly
engaging with Program team and client to gain insight into key priorities
and challenges
- Collaborate with Program team to
identify performance trends and make training recommendations where
appropriate
What You’ll Need to
Succeed
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt your
communication to audience needs
- Comfortable
working with new programs and technology – you don’t need to be a tech whiz,
but you’ve got to be ok with the unknown and be capable of troubleshooting and
helping agents troubleshoot, too!
- Ability to
thrive and deliver in a fast-paced environment and adjust to frequent change
- Competence
and comfort with all aspects of remote training: platforms, facilitation, and
creating a great learner experience
