Bilingual (French and English) Customer Loyalty Agent $18.50/hr

Our client is a Canadian owned and operated industry leader in creating innovative loyalty programs and creating memorable customer experiences. Your role is to educate and support customers for anything from enrollment to site navigation or account inquiries. It’s a fast-paced environment that requires an eye for detail and the flexibility to change gears quickly from one customer or program to the next to deliver a great experience for every brand.


Here’s the Deal:

  • Full time, permanent positions starting June 8, June 15, July 6 or July 29 2022
  • You must be available to work between 9:00am – 11:00pm, Monday to Friday and 9:00am – 7:00pm on Saturday, closed on Sundays. This means you will be scheduled for rotational weekends.
  • To work from home, you need hardwired internet with minimum 30mbps download /15mbps upload speeds
  • You need to be fluent in both English and French
  • Starting hourly Bilingual rate is $18.50

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist customers with all aspects of their loyalty programs including balance inquiries, navigation help, and account troubleshooting via calls and emails
  • Educate customers about the benefits of program membership
  • Be an enthusiastic ambassador for brands you represent

What You’ll Likely Have:

  • Fluent written and spoken French and English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and work across a variety of platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to parse and simplify complex information
  • Previous experience in a high-touch customer service role considered an asset
